Clinical trials may be listed on the Water Clinical Trials website as an original paper in PDF and/or as a link to a reputable medical or scientific journal.
Clinical trials listed on the Water Clinical Trials website must have been conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice. That is, clinical trials must have been conducted in accordance with ICH Harmonized Tripartite Guidelines for Good Clinical Practice 1996 (CPMP/ICH/135/95); US Code of Federal Regulations dealing with clinical studies (21 CFR including parts 50 and 56); and Declaration of Helsinki (V11 Oct, 2000). At least 30 people allocated to a treatment group must have completed the clinical trial.
In addition, because of improvements in understanding that may be obtained from scientific investigations into all aspects of body hydration, this website is available for publication or identification of authentic clinical trials and authentic medical research that have been conducted in relation to body hydration and/or intravenous fluid administration and/or dialysis.
Invitations will be sent, are being sent, or have been sent, to major national and international manufacturers and suppliers of bottled water and other drinking water to provide results of properly conducted clinical trials either as an original paper in PDF or as a link to a medical or scientific journal. Invitations have been sent also to organizations providing specialist health information, such as the World Health Organization (WHO). Intellectual property arising from clinical trials remains the property of the clinical trial sponsors or investigators or publishing journals and is not the property of this site.
The Water Clinical Trials website accepts no responsibility for results, or for the interpretations of either positive or negative results, arising from clinical trials listed on this website.
